My grandfather always told me when I was a child: ‘if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing well’. This has resonated with me ever since. It has helped shape my approach to life and work.

Why not do things brilliantly…

My grandfather’s advice was good. However, I’ve tweaked this a little over the years: ‘If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing brilliantly’. Your total satisfaction with the approach I take and the work I produce is absolutely essential.
