Qualifications

I hold a BA Hons and MSc in business. I am also a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, with whom I gained a certificate in eMarketing.

I have had some great teachers

Dr Jakob Nielsen, usability guru, and Bruce Tognazzini, the founder of the Apple Human Interface Group, are amongst my teachers. Their workshops are always interesting and I’ve gained a number of insights from their eye-tracking research into writing for the web, information architecture, website usability and motivational psychology in website design.

While qualifications are important, client satisfaction is absolutely everything.
