Regal Care Homes takes care of some of the most vulnerable people in society. I was hired to write their website copy and take their brand to the next level online. This was a complex project with multiple internal and external stakeholders to consider.

Serving the local community

I researched competitors, undertook internal content audits and recommended new content which would help enquirers understand the brand. Each of the seventeen care homes across the UK needed to be represented properly. The new website is widely regarded as a significant step forward for the brand.
