Unwieldy databases were transformed into coherent, intelligent and meaningful resources. This work laid the foundations for the most successful data acquisition campaign in Cafédirect history. Using in-store promotions, with online data capture, the database grew by forty five thousand. Within twelve months, the database had grown by eighty thousand entries.
